« From the functional organization of the apartments, to the large glazing in each apartment, to the swimming pool on the roof, all the design choices were made in accordance with the framing of the building, in order to maximize each apartment’s close relationship with the sea.
To this desire to explore the proximity to the sea, with the intention of creating a sober, contemporary and integrated image in the built landscape, the project’s volumetric coating focuses on neutral colors that work a harmonious contrast with the surroundings and reduce the impact of the building’s volumetry. 5 floors in front of the marginal plan of Avenida dos Náufragos.»
